The What's Next Playbook ("WNPB," "we," "us") is operated by Pinelands AI LLC. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have. We'll keep it plain.

What we collect

Email address. If you subscribe to the newsletter, we collect your email address. That's it. We use it to send you the newsletter.

Usage data. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people use the site — which pages get traffic, how visitors find us, and how long they stick around. This data is aggregated and anonymous. We don't use it to identify you personally.

Cookies. Google Analytics sets cookies to track sessions and page views. No other tracking cookies are used. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking via browser settings or a browser extension like uBlock Origin.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data. Ever.
• We don't share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.
• We don't collect payment information — there's nothing to buy here.
• We don't run retargeting ads or behavioral tracking beyond basic analytics.

Newsletter

Email subscriptions are managed through MailerLite. When you subscribe, your email address is stored in MailerLite's systems, subject to MailerLite's privacy policy. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any newsletter email.

Data retention

We keep your email address as long as you're subscribed. If you unsubscribe, it's removed from our active list. To request complete deletion, email us at the address below.

Your rights

You can request to see, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you at any time. Just email us. If you're in the EU or California, you have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA respectively — we honor them.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top. We won't bury the lede.
